Monitoring Changes: Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that affect the logistics and e-commerce industries, both at the national and international levels.
Compliance Programs: Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to adhere to regulatory requirements.
GST (Goods and Services Tax) Compliance:
GST Filing and Reporting: Oversee the accurate and timely filing of GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for all GST-related transactions and audits.
Policy Updates: Stay informed about changes in GST laws and ensure that company policies and practices are updated accordingly.
Risk Management:
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Incident Management: Handle compliance-related incidents and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
Communication and Reporting:
Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: A degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in compliance or auditing are advantageous.
Experience: Relevant experience in regulatory compliance, especially within the logistics or e-commerce sector.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex regulations and apply them effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compliance and reporting.
