Job description

Manage the Co-founder Head(India)s daily calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prioritize and respond to emails, messages, and phone calls on behalf of the Co-founder Head(India), ensuring timely follow-ups and information dissemination.

Prepare and proofread correspondence, memos, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.

Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements, catering, and materials preparation.

Act as the point of contact between the Co-founder Head(India) and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, and board members.

Conduct research and prepare background materials to support the Co-founder Head(India)s decision-making process.

Assist the Co-founder Head(India) in monitoring and managing various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.

Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Provide administrative support to the Co-founder Head(India)s team, such as distributing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the Co-founder Head(India)s office.

Research and Target Identification: Identify potential corporate clients, metabolic wellness program partners, and health insurance companies that align with Twin Healths mission, values, and target market.

Relationship Cultivation: Formulate and execute strategies to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, including HR managers, wellness committee leaders, insurance executives, and other relevant stakeholders.

Proposal Development: Create enticing proposals and presentations that outline the benefits and value-add of collaborating with Twin Health, including the advantages of implementing our metabolic wellness programs or offering bundled products alongside health insurance.

Collaborative Program Design: Collaborate with internal teams, including metabolic wellness experts, product managers, and marketing personnel, to develop tailored wellness programs that address the specific needs and objectives of corporate clients or align with insurance company requirements.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, contractual discussions, and agreement finalization processes to successfully secure profitable business collaborations.

Account Management: Ensure effective account management for ongoing corporate partnerships, including periodic reviews, feedback sessions, and adaptation of wellness programs to continuously meet client needs.

Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to provide regular reports, recommendations, and actionable insights to the management team.

Collaboration Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for Twin Health, participating in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote the companys offerings and expand collaborative opportunities.

Skills Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
