Role & responsibilities

• To make plan & take optimum utilization of Man, Machine, Material & Method for achievement our customer requirement production plan.
• Work distribution in various workstations and providing guidance and continuous on job technical training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through skill building.
• Ensure the production Plan vs Actual in Base Coat, Metalizing, Top Coat, Paint shop and Hard Coat .
• Preparation & completion of daily production Reports & Technical check sheets.
• To improve work efficiency through 5S, Kaizen, Manpower training,
• To make plan for Pre-Treatment Process in surface treatment department on weekly and monthly base.
• Robot teaching and programming as per requirements.
• Weekly base doing PM activities in paint booth, Hard Coat and metalizing chamber.
• To do plan Actual/Achieve production targets and Daily Calculate the OEE and analyze the Downtime.
