Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement events, programs, and activities that enhance the overall employee experience
- Create and drive customized, calendarized events across teams and departments
- Create and manage a budget for employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with human resources and other departments to ensure events are aligned with company values and objectives
- Coordinate and facilitate team-building activities and employee recognition programs
- Manage logistics of events including venue, catering, and entertainment
- Measure and analyze the success of events and programs, making recommendations for improvements
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through events and activities
- Develop relationships with vendors and partners to enhance employee experience offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or employee engagement
- Strong project management skills and experience with managing budgets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop unique and engaging events and activities
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace culture
