The role is to mentor and support top high school students from around the
world in their dreams of attending Ivy League universities.

Key Skills:
1. Excellent understanding of statistics
2. Degree in economics with adequate research experience
3. Understanding of economic modeling.

6. Basics of Excel
7. Excellent strategic planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
8. Client Management

Key Responsibilities:
1. Mentoring Students in writing research papers from diverse disciplines
2. Analysing scholars profiles, strengths, and weaknesses thoroughly and working with them on research projects to enable holistic learning and profile development
3. Communicate the Students progress effectively to Parents and the Counselling team
4. Adjusting working styles to suit different Scholars
5. Communicating effectively with Scholars, the Counselling team, HOD, Founders, and parents
6. Conduct research academies to explain the fundamentals of research
7. Keeping themselves updated on developments and research in the field
8. Conducting training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other continuing education initiatives
9. Guide team to produce excellent creative projects
10. In essence, the Mentor, in conjunction with the AKC Head, is responsible for the Learning and Development of the team in terms of project planning and execution skills
Education and Experience:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate in economics from top colleges in India. Ph.d or M.phil will be preferred
2. Published research work
3. 0 to 2 years of work experience
4. Preferred education from a top college
