Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management
• Drive and monitor daily sales performance through our e-commerce platform.
• Track product performance, promotions, and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute online sales campaigns, festive offers, and flash sales.
• Coordinate with marketing to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
• Customer Engagement & Support
• Respond promptly to customer queries on website chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Guide customers in their purchase journey — from product selection to checkout.
• Handle order issues, returns, and complaints with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain a warm, professional tone in all customer communications.
• Product & Website Management
• Collaborate with the content and product teams to keep listings updated with accurate photos, descriptions, and stock status.
• Flag website bugs, glitches, or user experience issues to the tech team.
• Suggest new features or changes to improve conversion and user satisfaction.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Maintain dashboards for sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management on online performance.
• Use insights to identify bestsellers, trends, and gaps in the product portfolio.

Key Skills Required:

• E-commerce sales strategy & execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Basic knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Email Campaigns)
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Indian ethnic wear and customer preferences is a bonus
