We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to insurance customers, resolving their inquiries, and contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries effectively and efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues related to policy information, premiums, claims, policy changes, and other policy-related matters.
- Identify and recommend suitable insurance products to customers based on their needs and risk profiles.
- Actively engage in cross-selling opportunities to offer additional insurance products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and resolving their concerns effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and other relevant data.
- Generate reports on customer inquiries, sales performance, and other key metrics.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any field
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred: Insurance experience and sales acumen. / Exp pf Life Insurance minimum 6 months
Candidates should have knowledge of Mutual Funds, ULIP Plans.
Skills:
- Excellent communications and interpersonal Skills
- Strong Problem-solving and analytical skills
- English (Mandatory )
- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam (Should know any one language would be plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
- Preferred: Prior experience in the insurance industry and sales acumen
