Role & responsibilities

Minimum 10moths to 5 years of experience working as a US Technical Recruiter.
Expert in IT Recruitment & understanding of technology stack.
Excellent communication and articulation skills.
Knowledge in Per Diem calculation, and I-9 forms.
Expertise in US tax terms and visas ( w2,1099, C2C,etc).
Experience in handling BFSI/Healthcare/telecom clients
Experience working with direct clients/Implementation clients/Full time role.
Must have Experience working in large-scale environments for 1+ years ( preferably from a matrix organization).
Hands-on sourcing and good knowledge of IT/Non-IT recruitment.
Must have experience working on different types of ATS like Diva and Bullhorn.

Relocation allowance paid one time for relocating candidates post completing 6months with Dexian
