Job Description

 We are seeking an experienced Facility Administrator to oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations at our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing Facility Operations: Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handling Client Visits: Coordinate and manage client visits, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Monthly Invoice Processing: Manage and process monthly invoices accurately and on time.
  • Handling Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related needs and concerns.
  • General Facility Upkeep and Maintenance: Ensure the facility is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
  • Building Maintenance Management: Oversee building maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations.
  • Handling AMCs and Trackers: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure timely updates and renewals.
  • Front Office and Security: Supervise front office operations and security personnel to ensure a secure environment.
  • Transport Management: Oversee transport services for employees and visitors.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in facility administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated strong customer-centric approach, effectively managing relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and financial records.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.
  • Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
  • Familiarity with local knowledge is highly preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or in managing guest relations roles would be an added advantage
