Key Responsibilities:
As a Deputy Manager in CASA, you will:
• Acquire new current account and savings account customers through direct sales, field activities, and referrals
• Generate leads through cold calls, market visits, and networking
• Achieve monthly/quarterly CASA acquisition targets as assigned by management
• Ensure high-quality sourcing with complete KYC documentation and compliance with bank policies
• Provide excellent customer service to onboarded clients, ensuring smooth handover to branch operations
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Actively cross-sell other banking products (loans, overdrafts, digital services, etc.) where applicable
• Submit sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and competitor insights to reporting manager
