As the Deputy Manager – Learner Retention, you will:

👥 Team Leadership – Guide and coach your team with clear KPIs and quality benchmarks

 📈 Retention Strategy – Design and implement initiatives to improve retention metrics

 🎓 Academic Support – Ensure timely and effective resolution of learner queries

 ⚠️ Proactive Problem Solving – Identify and address learner concerns before they escalate

 🤝 Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, tech, sales, and partner institutions

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (BCA/BBA/BE/B.Tech); Master’s preferred

 📌 2+ years of team management experience in the EdTech space

 📌 Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

 📌 Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

 📌 Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach

 📌 Familiarity with online learning platforms & education tech tools
