As the Deputy Manager – Learner Retention, you will:

Ā āœ… Drive strategies to ensure high retention & learner engagement

Ā āœ… Lead and mentor a high-performing academic support team

Ā āœ… Collaborate cross-functionally to solve learner challenges

Ā āœ… Use data insights to enhance learner experience and outcomes

šŸ‘„ Team Leadership – Guide and coach your team with clear KPIs and quality benchmarks

Ā šŸ“ˆ Retention Strategy – Design and implement initiatives to improve retention metrics

Ā šŸŽ“ Academic Support – Ensure timely and effective resolution of learner queries

Ā āš ļø Proactive Problem Solving – Identify and address learner concerns before they escalate

Ā šŸ¤ Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, tech, sales, and partner institutions

Ā šŸ“Š Data-Driven Decisions – Leverage analytics to assess learner progress and team effectiveness

Ā šŸ” Continuous Improvement – Evolve support processes with industry best practices

Ā šŸ’¬ Effective Communication – Maintain transparent, empathetic, and timely communication with learners and teams


šŸŽ“ Qualifications

šŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree (BCA/BBA/BE/B.Tech); Master’s preferred

Ā šŸ“Œ 2+ years of team management experience in the EdTech space

Ā šŸ“Œ Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Ā šŸ“Œ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Ā šŸ“Œ Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach

Ā šŸ“Œ Familiarity with online learning platforms & education tech tools
