We are seeking a Delivery Project Lead – UX Designer to lead the end-to-end delivery of user experience (UX) design projects while also contributing hands-on to UX research, interaction design, and prototyping. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, communication, and design skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure user-centric, timely, and high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of UX design projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs; manage design sprints and milestone tracking.
• Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interaction models, and prototypes that communicate design solutions clearly.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure UX deliverables are executed to a high standard and delivered on time.
• Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions with stakeholders and users.
• Balance hands-on design work with delivery leadership responsibilities across multiple projects or teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX design experience, including 1–2 years in a lead or delivery/project coordination role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design process and successful project outcomes.
• Proven experience with user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage project constraints while upholding design quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile, Lean UX, or cross-functional product delivery environments.
• Background in enterprise UX, mobile UX, or complex web applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices.
• Project management certification (Scrum, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
