We are looking for a Delivery Module Lead to oversee the successful execution of project modules from planning through deployment. This role involves managing a specific module or workstream within a larger program or project, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong project and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a specific module within a larger program or solution.
• Define and manage module scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and product owners to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and manage expectations.
• Ensure alignment of the modules outcomes with overall project goals and enterprise standards.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) if working within a Scrum or Agile framework.
• Review deliverables for quality assurance and adherence to technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, including at least 2 years in a module/team lead or project coordination role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Background in software development or systems integration is highly desirable.
