Job Summary:

As a Delivery Executive, youll be responsible for delivering packages to our customers in a timely and professional manner. Youll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver packages: Pick up and deliver packages to customers in Hyderabad, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

2. Manage delivery routes: Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize delays and maximize productivity.

3. Interact with customers: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

4. Maintain vehicle: Ensure your 2-wheeler is in good condition, following regular maintenance and safety checks.

5. Track deliveries: Use our tracking system to update delivery status and provide real-time updates to customers.

Requirements:

1. 2-wheeler license: Valid 2-wheeler driving license in India.

2. Experience: Prior experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage.

3. Communication skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Time management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize deliveries.

5. Physical fitness: Ability to ride a 2-wheeler for extended periods.

Working Hours:

- Weekly 5-day working: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday working (if required).

- Flexible hours: Working hours may vary depending on delivery schedules.

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary: ₹21,000 per month.

- Incentives: ₹3,000 per month (performance-based).

- Other benefits: As per company policy.
