Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential markets and scout for suitable dealer partners.
- Conduct market feasibility studies and dealer capability assessments.
- Develop and implement dealer appointment strategies aligned with company growth plans.
- Facilitate the end-to-end dealer onboarding process including documentation, infrastructure development, and brand compliance.
- Monitor dealer performance against KPIs including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and service standards.
- Implement action plans to improve underperforming dealerships.
- Provide strategic support to maximize retail sales and aftersales service efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its dealers.
- Build strong relationships with dealers to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Ensure dealerships maintain brand identity, visual merchandising, and customer handling protocols.
