Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential markets and scout for suitable dealer partners.
  • Conduct market feasibility studies and dealer capability assessments.
  • Develop and implement dealer appointment strategies aligned with company growth plans.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end dealer onboarding process including documentation, infrastructure development, and brand compliance.
  • Monitor dealer performance against KPIs including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and service standards.
  • Implement action plans to improve underperforming dealerships.
  • Provide strategic support to maximize retail sales and aftersales service efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its dealers.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Ensure dealerships maintain brand identity, visual merchandising, and customer handling protocols.
