Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into various databases and systems from source documents.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Maintain and update records, files, and logs.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and data entry software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
