Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute D2C sales strategies across owned platforms, marketplaces, and social commerce channels.
  • Identify and onboard strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility and revenue.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition through performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and CRM initiatives.
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey for higher retention and lifetime value.
  • Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and market insights to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Manage and optimize D2C technology stack, including website, payment gateways, and customer service integrations.
