CXM Service (Customer Experience Manager - Service)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure an exceptional service experience for all customers visiting the workshop.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service follow-ups proactively.
• Coordinate between the service, bodyshop, and billing teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor customer satisfaction scores and take initiatives for improvement.
• Support the service team in achieving customer retention and loyalty goals.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
