Job Summary:

We e seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Representative to provide voice and chat support to our clients. Youll be responsible for resolving customer queries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide voice and chat support to customers

- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

- Fluent in Hindi and English (written and verbal)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Salary:

- ₹20,000 per month + PF

Working Days:

- 6 days working (rotational shift might be applicable)
