Profile- Customer Care Executive
ANY UG/GRADUATE + FRESHER/ EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY FOR THIS PROFILE
Salary:- For Freshers- 14.5k CTC + Performance Based Incentives + Retention Bonus
For Experience- Upto 18k CTC + Performance Based Incentives + Retention Bonus
Roles and responsibilities:-
Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services.
Communicate courteously and empathetically with customers.
Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
