Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English language.
  • Ability to work on Voice Process projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
