Role Overview
You will handle merchant queries related to the Khatabook app, payments, subscriptions, refunds, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls & app-related queries
• Resolve issues related to transactions, login, subscriptions
• Maintain proper documentation & ticket tracking
• Escalate technical issues to backend teams
• Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score)
• Follow quality & compliance protocols
Skills Required
• Strong spoken English + Kannada/Hindi
• Customer-centric mindset
• Basic smartphone & app knowledge
• Patience & problem-solving ability
