• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Clear accent and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to work in UK shift timings
• Basic computer knowledge
• Minimum qualification: 10th standard pass
• Freshers encouraged to apply; prior international voice experience is an advantage
