Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Technical Support skills
Experience in providing online support and ensuring customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of the mobile payment industry is a plus
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
