Job Description

Immediate Hiring Customer Support Executive (International Process)



Location: Gurugram | Work Days: 5 Days a Week | Shift: Rotational (Night Shifts)


What You’ll Do:


  • Handle international voice calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear documentation of interactions and follow-ups
  • Meet service level targets and ensure a high-quality experience every time
  • Work in rotational shifts, supporting global customers across time zones

Who Can Apply:


  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a BPO or International Customer Support role
  • Education: Graduates & Undergraduates with minimum 6months exp are welcome
  • Skills: Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
