About the Role:
The individual shall be responsible for handholding the customer by providing prompt and effective solutions to customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Experience in customer support for 2-3 years is required
• Handholding the customer by providing prompt and effective solutions to customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Understanding customer queries and resolution.
• Having a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be attentive to details.
• Knowledge of Sales Force CRM, Freshdesk ticketing, Sales Force is an added advantage.
What do you need to succeed?
• Experience- 2-3 yrs overall experience in customer support
• The individual should have completed graduation.
• Experience/knowledge in Banking and NBFC product is a plus.
