Position: Customer Support Executive

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum [1+ year] of experience in handling sales chat
• Experience with CRM tools and Chat systems
• Strong Selling skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Good typing speed and Multitasking capability.
• Ability to handle high volumes of concurrent chats.

Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends or holidays.
