Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in our Bangalore office to oversee the resolution of Customer grievances. This role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.


Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and analyze grievances to identify root causes. Collaborate with production, printing, and logistics teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Implement and enforce quality control measures to minimize errors and defects.
Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of their concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to relay important information and expedite issue resolution
Process Improvement: Identify trends and recurring issues, proposing, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development of comprehensive customer service policies and procedures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Generate reports and analysis to identify areas for improvement and track performance metrics.
Customer Education: Develop resources and guides to educate customers on best practices for preparing files for setting up and usage of the products/services effectively.
Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and testimonials to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on customer input.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Must be fluent in English, Kannada & Telugu.
