We are hiring Customer Service & Upselling Executives for our voice-based process. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and promoting relevant banking products and services through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, transactions, and account issues
- Upsell/cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and savings plans
- Achieve daily/monthly targets for upselling and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate call records in the CRM system
- Follow quality, compliance, and escalation protocols as per company standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in customer service or telesales
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi (regional languages a plus)
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
