Sutherland is hiring for International Voice Process

- Shift Timings: 5 Days working with 24*7 Rotational Shifts and 2 Rotational Off.
- Salary: Upto 22k + Incentives
- Location: Airoli
- HSC or Graduate fresher’s can apply.
-1 year of international BPO experience can also apply.

The Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, youll be the voice of Sutherland, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.


Be a Communication Master:
Utilize your excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with customers over various channels.
Problem-Solving Pro: Analyze and resolve customer queries efficiently, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
Embrace Flexibility: Work within a rotational schedule, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 exceptional service.

Strong computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency will be great.
