Overview of the position:
This position is responsible for working in support of thestoremanagement team to facilitate the completion of all storelevel
tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different areasofthe store.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. Respond to customer inquiries by understandinginquiryand providing the customer with what they need. Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiryandresponse in database. Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures andpractices. Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards;maintain proper cash levels. Replenish products and supplies to ensure in stockconditions at all times. Ensure the proper execution of all assigned storelevel
marketing programs. Communicate with the management teamregardingcustomer requests and vendor-related concerns. Improve quality service by recommending improvedprocesses; identifying new product and service
applications. Accomplish customer service and organizationmissionbycompleting related results as needed. Complete other tasks as assigned by store management.
