We are seeking dynamic and experienced International Voice Process Associates. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our international clients, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of healthcare-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients regarding inquiries.

* Provide accurate and timely information and assistance, adhering to established protocols.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions.

* Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

* Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.

* Adhere to all HIPAA and data privacy regulations.

* Work in a rotational shift environment.

Requirements:

* UG / Graduate Fresher can apply

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.

* Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

* Ability to work 5 days a week with 2 days rotational off.

* Must be able to commute to Marathahalli.

Salary & Benefits:

 * Take-home salary up to ₹28,000 per month + Incentives
