About the Role:
The Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals, price increase, up-selling, and compliant management related to commercial clients. This role involves collaborating with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Focus on client retention, renewals, price increase, and up-selling
Manage, identify, and resolve customer complaints within specific timelines
Identify alert customers and explore possibilities of account revival
Provide recommendations and suggestions to the branch for improvement
Conduct regular account reviews and terminate non-revival accounts
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for branch renewals
Concentrate solely on renewal business
Take sole responsibility for on-time Compliant Management, Super Quality Survey (SQS), and Super Quality Audit (SQA)
Ensure timely terminations
Coordinate between customers and operations
Increase new sales for the branch, allowing Branch Customer Service Executives to focus on this area
Reduce outstanding balances
Generate leads
Key Result Areas:
Advance renewal follow-up and Compliant Management
Handle customer objections with the help of operations
Prepare renewal letters with appropriate pricing information
Regularly follow up for renewals and update the Renewal portal
Enter One Closed Call (OCC) from the Renewal portal
Ensure timely termination from the Renewal portal
Follow up on outstanding balances
Conduct Super Quality Audits (SQA)

Graduate Freshers With Good Communication Can Apply
Candidates with experience in Client Retention and Renewal are preferred
