Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a responsible, who will play a pivotal role in Executive CRM compiling and analyzing sales and market data to help our organization sell more effectively. The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment. That way our customers will enjoy high-quality merchandise so that we can achieve long-term success.
l Work in close collaboration of the field sales team to improve upon sales efficiency, parameters, Effective Calls, aligned to the business objectives as set by the UNIT.
l Create a bridge b/w sales and MIS team.
l Support Field team (back-end support) in identifying distribution gaps – New Wholesalers, Retailers and Distributors etc. and help in onboarding them in the system.
l Use automated software systems like Bizom (software) to perform complex testing procedures like additions of outlets, deletion or editing, shops visits, productive calls, secondary targets etc.
l Generate regular reports (MIS) and presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, customer behavior, and product performance.
l Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales analytics.
Job Requirements:
· Degree or Master degree in Graduates (BCom, BBM, BBA) candidates/ Students from reputed colleges.
· One should be comfortable in using Excel or advance excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
· Eager to learn and understand the industry standards and company policies
