Job Title: CRM Collections Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 to 10 years

Job Summary:


We are seeking experienced CRM Collections professionals to join our team in Chennai. As a CRM Collections Executive, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers, improving customer relationships, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage and collect payments from customers

- Develop and implement effective collection strategies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

- Meet and exceed collection targets


Requirements:


- 2 to 10 years of experience in collections or a related field

- Prior experience in CRM collections is preferred

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
