CRE Service (Customer Relationship Executive - Service)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service bookings and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer database and update service records.
• Inform customers about offers, service reminders, and satisfaction surveys.
• Support the CXM and Service Advisors in daily communication activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Good telephone etiquette and CRM software familiarity.
