
Key Responsibilities:
• Design training modules for new recruits (sales, field, soft skills).
• Conduct workshops, role-plays, refresher trainings.
• Monitor performance metrics, feedback, evaluation.
• Update and improve training content based on field feedback.
• Mentor new hires during probation period.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
• Graduate, ideally with educational / training background.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation skills.
• Passion for teaching, empathy.
• Experience in training / L&D (preferred).
