Key responsibilities:
1. Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and customer engagement activities.
2. Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and CRM tools.
3. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through cold calls, emails, and campaigns.
4. Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing sheets in coordination with the sales team.
5. Maintain and update CRM/database with customer interactions and lead progress.
6. Coordinate with supply chain/logistics/operations for timely order processing and delivery.
7. Assist in sales reporting, market analysis, and performance tracking.
8. Follow up with clients on payments and documentation.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotional offers.
10. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
