A. Objectives:

B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Target Clients: Conduct market research and develop sales strategies.
2. Lead Sales Efforts: Deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships.
C. Accountability:
1. Sales and Customer Success: Achieve sales targets while maintaining customer retention and satisfaction.
2. Market Awareness and Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends and ensure adherence to policies.
D. Requirements:
1. Sales Experience and Expertise: Proven success in sales, especially in fencing or construction, with B2B experience.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively. Strong Kannada and Telugu speaking skills are essential for engaging with a diverse client base.
