We e hiring part-time sales executives for two flexible shifts:[JF - Product Division].


Morning: 07:00 AM - 03:00 AM

Evening: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Job Title - Sales Executive

Department - Sales Department

Location - Bengaluru


The Fencing Sales Representative drives sales and revenue by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating across teams.


A. Objectives:


1. Drive Sales Growth: Consistently achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

2. Enhance Market Presence: Strengthen the companys position by securing new clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction.


B. Key Responsibilities:


1. Identify and Target Clients: Conduct market research and develop sales strategies.

2. Lead Sales Efforts: Deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships.


C. Accountability:


1. Sales and Customer Success: Achieve sales targets while maintaining customer retention and satisfaction.

2. Market Awareness and Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends and ensure adherence to policies.


D. Requirements:


1. Sales Experience and Expertise: Proven success in sales, especially in fencing or construction, with B2B experience.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively. Strong Kannada and Telugu speaking skills are essential for engaging with a diverse client base.
