Role overview as a coordinator :
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to streamline the hiring process by efficiently scheduling and coordinating interviews, following up on feedback, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will play a vital role in supporting the TA team and enhancing our recruitment operations. Be a key part of shaping our recruitment processes and candidate experience!
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring alignment with candidate and panel availability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates
- Ensure all interview invites are accurate, including meeting links, locations (if onsite), and necessary instructions
- Support the TA team in coordinating hiring drives and managing candidate travel logistics as needed
- Assist in collecting and consolidating interview feedback to facilitate quicker decision-making
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the TA team’s hiring goals and priorities
