- Work closely with project managers and other team members to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress against plan and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Identify critical path activities and potential schedule risks.
- Develop and analyze resource-loaded schedules (for critical project only), incorporating resource constraints and availability.
- Ensure project schedules are properly integrated and aligned with overall program schedules.
- Develop and maintain project baseline schedules and performance measurement baselines.
- Analyze scheduling data and produce reports for management/Project teams.
- Participate in project status meetings and provide input on schedule-related issues.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule adherence and identify and resolve conflicts.
- Provide schedule-related inputs for contract deliverables.
- Ability to handle multiple project at the same time.
