Job Description
Job Summary:
The Collection Executive is responsible for managing the collection process for outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships. This role involves communicating with customers, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely collections to meet organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Debt Collection: Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person to collect overdue payments, following company policies and legal guidelines.
Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreements, and follow-up activities in the collection database.
Negotiation: Work with customers to negotiate payment plans or settlements that are mutually beneficial.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and address any disputes.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on collection status, outstanding debts, and trends to inform management decisions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding debt collection practices.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve issues that may affect collections.
Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts in a timely manner.

Qualifications:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in collections, customer service, or sales preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using collection software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Up to 2.5 LPA + 2lakh Incentives
