Position: Co-Tek (Co-Technician)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Workshop Manager and Technical Team in diagnosing complex vehicle issues.
• Supervise and guide junior technicians during repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct quality checks on vehicles post-service to ensure manufacturer standards.
• Maintain records of repair work, parts used, and service completion reports.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role (Mahindra experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
