Role & responsibilities

1. Strong understanding of machine operating principles with safety protocols.

2. Maintain the 5S in CNC machine on daily basis and ensure that it is running smoothly

3. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or malfunctions.

4. Operate CNC bending machines to bend the sheet metal components with precision and accuracy.

5. Monitor machine operations to ensure parts conform to specifications and quality standards.

6. Perform first-part and in-process inspections to verify dimensions and tolerances.

7. Perform routine basic maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.

8. Maintain accurate records of machine usage, downtime, and maintenance activities.


Preferred candidate profile

1. Metal Door experience.

2. Prima Power and Salvagnini bending experience is advantage.
