Job Description
Accountable for recruitment, training, and development of BDEs in the zone assigned to the cluster head.
Build capability of BDEs through frequent learning and development interventions, on-job coaching, and route-rides whenever required.
Enable BDEs to generate leads through continuous business development activities and help them explore opportunities to incentivize their performance.
Assist BDEs in building and enhancing the prospective list of clients or ecosystem partners.
Achieve business targets vis--vis NCA, EDI and NBPS
Business Intelligence, reports, and performance
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
Generate and analyze reports to support data-driven business performance.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with relevant functional/business teams to promote the ease of doing business or to reduce any operational delays or to resolve any conflicting situations that may arise.
Collaborate with functional business managers/leaders to ensure proper sales and operational coordination
