Qualifications

masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience in a sales support or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office


Job Responsibility:


Coordinating with Clients to handle follow-ups on payments and briefs.
Handel grievances and escalation of the clients
Preparing Reports
Check point for the services provided by the team to clients.
Interacting with internal office departments for query resolution.
Ensure quick query resolution from team for the queries of clients.
Sharing sales report and MIS on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
Follows up on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness.
Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations
Purchase or coordinate with purchasing the entering of project related purchase orders
Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
Prepares quotations and proposals in support of new and follow-on business.
Receives customer purchase orders, reviews for correctness, and records in Quantum.
Provides customer service support, response and tracking for problem areas with respect to delivery, packaging, product conditions, customer returns or other terms and conditions.
