Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Associate to join our business
development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and
converting potential clients into long-term business relationships. You will play a key role in
expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients and market segments.
Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Pitch services or products effectively and handle initial objections.
Set up meetings and demos for senior sales or business development teams.
Maintain and update client records and activity logs in CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand offerings.
Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach and lead conversion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior internship or experience in B2B/B2C sales is an advantage.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
