Job Summary:

BEO Software Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, containerization, and security, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the companys technology strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the companys technology infrastructure, including cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).

- Ensure the security and compliance of the companys technology systems and data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve business outcomes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.

- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).

- Strong experience in security and compliance, with a focus on ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company data.

- Excellent technical leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers and engineers.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
