3+ years of experience

solid portfolio

Great shape and form understanding

Good anatomy knowledge

Great digital sculpting skills using zbrush or similar package

Great texturing skills using substance painter and 3d coat

Great communication skills

Ability to adopt to new tools and pipelines

Being a fan of your craft is a key
